SN Built Pvt. Ltd., leading real estate developer, sprouted two decades ago, providing housing to around more than 900 families, giving their life’s dream the real wings for a life time. The company beans were sowed by Mr. Pravinkumar Somabhai Patel and Mr. Hareshkumar Somabhai Patel. The company has a rich experience of undertaking and completing civil construction (commercial and industrial infrastructure), residential projects, MEP services (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing), Building renovations, Interior fit outs, etc.

Our Co-Founder:

Our team comprises of experts and professional engineers that include architect, designers, civil engineers and other professional engineers & workers who have great working experience of several years in the field of civil engineering. In order to provide excellent quality service we do complete planning and designing of project related task that is prepared after completely understanding of the client’s requirement. Each and every division of our organization is managed and controlled by our team of experts who have wide expertise in their respective domain. We have a proficient human resource of skilled technicians, quality analysts, sales and marketing professionals and other skilled workers.

Shri Pravinkumar Patel is commerce graduate and having rich experience of finance & real estate of 30 years.

Mr. Haresh Patel

Shri Hareshkumar Patel is commerce graduate and having rich experience of 20 years.

He heads our company and has a rich experience of 10 years in the field of civil construction and engineering. He has successfully undertaken various projects of development and construction i.e. Residential units, Commercial Business Centers, Civil works, Corporate Housed, Office interior etc.

Mr. Ankit Patel

He is our mentor and guide with 9 years experience and expertise in the field of marketing in MNCs as well as local companies.

Mr. Devesh Patel

Mr. Devesh Patel, a finance expert of our team is having experience of 9-10 years.

Mr. Harsh Patel

Mr. Harsh patel- B.E Civil, has rich experience of three years in residential projects, looking after all the aspects of engineering works, civil and construction.

Mr. Udit Patel

With a degree in B.E Civil, has experience 4 years in proficiently handling Industrial projects. He had envisaged works with industrial projects of workshop construction, Shed, shutter gate, Glass canopy, aluminum section work, etc.

Mr. Tirth Patel

Mr. Tirth Patel – B.E Civil, has experience of Industrial projects of two years.
